Hello everyone! I hope you all are doing well and surviving quarantine. I have been enjoying my family and getting used to a new routine. Assisting kids with school and taking care of behind the scenes business requirements due to our changing environment. With all that said, it has been a bit since I have blogged. I am so glad I get to use this platform today to show you this beautiful intimate wedding!
Kasey and Tristan were married at the beginning of March at Shuford House and Memorial Gardens. They had the sweetest ceremony surrounded by their closest family and friends. I met Kasey and Tristan when they signed up for a mini engagement session with me at The Merry Lot. I was honored to be asked to photograph their wedding. Kasey looked beautiful and who doesn’t love a man in uniform. Thank you for your service Tristan.
They had an absolutely perfect early Spring Day with blue skies and big puffy clouds. Their love and Tristan’s adoration for Kasey shows in these photos. I don’t even thing it needs to be said. There were so many in between moments when they would embrace and especially that kiss after the ceremony. Not “the kiss” but the kiss after the kiss when they walked out of the ceremony! Ya’ll, Tristan had every single guest give Kasey a chapstick as they bestowed their congratulations. That sweet girl must love her chapstick and possibly loose them :)!
I have said it a million times over. I absolutely love these intimate weddings and the pace of the day. They are relaxed and there is so much emotion with the small group. As times change, these will likely become more common and that’s okay. They truly are a gem!
Thank you for asking me to be your wedding photographer. I hope you had an amazing honeymoon in Turkey and I also wish you a long and beautiful life together!
