I will say it time and time again … I LOVE shooting at Sky Retreat in Purlear, NC. It has an incredible view and is such a classy yet laid back venue that serves their couples so well! This wedding was no different. Arieanna and Jordon and their sweet kiddos had a beautiful day for their wedding this past Spring. Perfect weather and a perfect gathering of family and friends. Arieanna was a gorgeous bride and I love her shoes as well as her daughter getting dressed up in her gown for a photo. So sweet! And let’s talk about these handsome dudes! Thank you for your service Jordan.

With the frost rose and green colors and accents, their attire and decor was on point! I love the succulent give away as well as the messaging behind it along with the polaroid and film for guests to take photos and write notes. They even thought of the littles with their coloring and candy favors.

Let me tell you guys also, we have great vendors here in the High Country and you can never go wrong hiring Gadabouts for your catering! I also had the pleasure of working with a great videographer, Ryco Visual. It was so great to meet you! We hung for the day since I shot this wedding solo. The cake by Dom Bakeries was so pretty and so yummy as well. DJ Bones kept the party going and is quite the funny entertainer. Finally, I’m a sucker for a bubble exit. It’s just so pretty to photograph!

On a side note, I am so behind on blogging and posting but now that my boys are back in school full time (let’s hope it stays this way) I plan to catch up and have another special wedding coming your way soon! Until next time peeps.
