I absolutely adore bridal sessions. I was so glad to finally meet Katelyn at her bridal portrait session at The Barn on New River this past summer. This bride was a reschedule due to Covid from her original date last Fall. I hate she had to wait so long to have her celebration but let me tell you it was a CELEBRATION! I am excited to blog her wedding next but until then, here are her gorgeous bridal images.
This venue does not disappoint with its gorgeous barn and the New River flowing by just below the garden of wildflowers. We even took a Gator up to the top of the mountain to take in the sunset views for portraits as well. Since Katelyn and her new hubby Will had actually gotten married in a simple ceremony already, we also incorporated some portraits in that dress as well.
Katelyn is so beautiful inside and out. Even though this is the first time I met her and her Mom Dava in person, it felt like we knew each other already. Maybe it was the long wait to make this wedding happen but I think they are just those kind of people. That is such a special quality that I enjoy in others.
We even had to chase off a chicken that seemed to want in on this session, haha. I had a lot of fun with you all this evening and I can’t wait to share wedding images next. I enjoyed you and I am so grateful you asked me to capture your special memories!
