WILKES, BLOWING ROCK, BOONE, NC PHOTOGRAPHER | FAMILY FARM IN MILLER’S CREEK, BROOKE AND DUSTIN ENGAGED

Meet Brooke and Dustin! They are getting married this July at their family farm in Miller’s Creek just outside of scenic Wilkes! They are both ridiculously photogenic and so easy in front of the camera. We had a great time during their engagement session exploring the land on the farm. First we ventured into their creek for some fun and playful shots and then onto the rocky shoreline. I can imagine that this is a perfect spot to cool down during the Summer. So inviting and beautiful.

Next we kept it close to the house and showed some Razorback team spirit in black and red before we decided to get a bit more adventurous. We found some pretty sunset light for the last part of our shoot as well as yellow wild flowers and just before we closed it out we headed up the mountain for one last spot. It was almost dusk when we arrived and with no rain lately we were dusty but it was worth it. I am just thankful that our utility vehicle didn’t run out of gas since we were racing the light and had no time to fuel up. Don’t you just love the dog? There is no way he wasn’t racing us up there. He got in one shot too before we were too boring.
