Taylor and Nick had a big beautiful wedding at Hunting Creek Farms in Hamptonville, NC at the beginning of October. She looked amazing in a ball room gown that was so classic and pretty. These two had 13 people on each side of their wedding party. I would say they are well loved. The guys looked great in their suits and the ladies rocked those beautiful modern dresses with the flowing skirts and ivory tops. Oh and how precious is their son, he’s the little one in these images. When I first met with them he was a newborn, time flies with new life and love!
Hunting Creek Farms is gorgeous. It was my first time shooting there and simply amazing. A working horse farm with tons of charm. The old house they said their vows in front of made for a perfect back drop. Love the added touch of the old doors that were closed just before Taylor made her entrance. Then, the reception area with high pretty wooden ceilings and open air made the perfect atmosphere for fun. It is huge and Taylor and Nick had so may pretty details. The flowers were so pretty with the mix of greens and burgundy and blue. Great colors together.
I was so glad that we got to photograph their couple portraits during that beautiful golden hour sun. I am a sucker for some rim light and the day did not disappoint. Everything was so pretty and look at that beautiful ring. Right down to the get away car and sparkler exit!
We had so much fun photographing you guys. You had a big and fun group that surrounded you with a lot of love on your special day. I hope seeing these blogged bring all those special memories right to the front of your minds.
So many thanks to Erin Lutz for assisting in photographing this wedding. She covered so many details and I am really thankful to have her by my side.
