HICKORY, NC PHOTOGRAPHER

This beautiful family has gotten in front of my lens several times over the years. This year we chose to do their session in Hickory, NC in the downtown area. It made the perfect backdrop for an urban feel and we got to explore the streets and alley ways. We even got a bit of fall color in at the end. That is always a bonus. I have to apologize to Dad that we did some walking and he had an injured foot. I tried to cover the least amount of ground as possible while still getting some good areas to shoot in.

I have photographed these lovelies for milestone sessions since their youngest was 3 months old. Now she is 3 years old here. She’s tall! I have enjoyed getting to know them and it is definitely a plus to know a little about each of their personalities.

The middle one is always the cut up. He has the prettiest eyes that always look so great for the camera. The oldest is a little more reserved but once she comes around we get some genuine smiles and expressions. Usually that is with the help of siblings and their parents. I wondered what might be going on behind me for some of these as I edited because there were some cute expressions. Even from Mom and Dad in one. I guess the kids were making them laugh. Or maybe it was me doing something ridiculous and awkward.

The youngest has always been so serious for the camera, even as a baby but this year she blossomed with smiles. They are all so cute! At the very end I let this little boy shoot a few shots of his parents with my camera. Too fun! It is always a pleasure, you guys have some super children and lots of love. I enjoyed photographing you again.
