I was thrilled to get a call from this group of ladies asking me to photograph them while they were in the NC Mountains for their girls weekend. What an amazing idea to do this when you are together from all parts of the country. They are all friends from college off on their professional paths at the various locations that the world has taken them. I am impressed that they make the time to have a get away together and that they thought to document it.

I know from experience that these trips happen much more easily before children come along and the middle age stage of life becomes more demanding on time. I am glad they will have tangible photographs to hold on to from this time and hope it will just bring those memories made during their visit back stronger as the years go by.

We had a cold day for our session and by the time the ladies changed into their dresses they were ready to move quickly for the last few sets of shots. Despite that there was time taken for some fun and silly stuff. I really enjoyed working with them, you are all beautiful!
