I had the opportunity to meet this family back in November when I photographed them in Mountain City, TN. I met Mom first when I arrived and hopped in the truck with her. Then we proceeded to scope out a few spots. One of which was up a log road. We didn’t follow that path long before we decided it wasn’t the one. Haha, that broke the ice and made it feel like we were old friends hanging out. Love that! Then we decided on the perfect spot. It just happened to be my first intuition on what to go with when we arrived and parked and it worked! It was a cold day, it was the Fall in the NC mountains after all but it was such a pretty day. The light was gorgeous and I knew when I saw these rows of beech trees that they would make the perfect backdrop. Plus it gave us easy access to the truck to get this sweet baby ready for the camera in the warm and retreat back to if necessary. This beautiful girl was ready and she gave us so many easy smiles. She didn’t mind the temperature one bit and even if she did, she worked that camera so fast that it took no time to capture her personality. She is well loved and adored you can tell.
Dad brought the older girls over shortly after we started since they had been at school and he had been designated to pick them up. They are both stunning girls and were so easy to work with. The loved loving on their baby sister. Everything worked perfectly and we were able to get all the good shots capturing this family before anyone froze too badly. I had so much fun working with you all. You were so easy and down to earth and complete camera naturals. Thank you so much for getting in front of my lens!
