Blue Ridge Mountain Club | Boone Photographer

The mountains held their green for a long time this year and didn’t produce much color to speak of. However, this location is so gorgeous with its high elevation view of the Blue Ridge Mountains that it did not matter. Not to mention that amazing golden light that always makes me happy.

These girls are twins if you could not tell. Mom said they have a each have a mini-me and she’s right. It was fairly cold and windy but they were troopers and kept warm by moving. That made for some great shots getting them interacting, skipping and hugging.
