I am so excited to finally blog this session! These two are special and I LOVED photographing them. We got together back in the late Spring and drove to a field full of flowers near my house, outside of Taylorsville, NC for these. I had been watching several different fields and this one coordinated its blooms to our timing. Imagine that? I knew the pretty yellow and green would make for some amazing Mommy and me pictures and it did not disappoint. These documented this Mama’s 30th birthday and this sweet girl’s 4th birthday. Time flies as they say because I remember her Mama as a young teen and her as a baby like it wasn’t so long ago.

We sort of went with the flow on these. They played a bit, picked some flowers and had fun. That resulted in timeless, carefree images of the two of them that I was honored to document. Mama you are doing great at this whole parenting thing which is hard and rewarding and you have the cutest babe. She’s getting big and has a lot of personality! Cherish the memories everyday. I know you do.

On another note, we are full swing in Summer now and with a heavy Spring shooting schedule and a vacation behind me I am ready to start blogging some of the pretty I’ve been photographing. I’ll continue to catch up over the next few months and show some of the new things I’m capturing as well. Thanks as always for your support, recommendations and for coming to visit my little blog.
